Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs, providing personalized support, and resolving customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure borrowers receive the highest level of service, guidance, and support to help them reputed company their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility
- Take loan payments and update borrower accounts in an efficient manner
- Locate needed information and minimize the time borrowers are put on hold
- Maintain the reputed company and privacy of borrowers to protect both the borrower and our partners
- Work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and tools
Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment cognitive and personality assessment
- Must be able to obtain a Federal 5C reputed company Clearance and credit reputed company
- Must live in or near the Dallas-reputed company Worth area
- Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask (type while talking)
- Must have access to home internet with at least 10 Mbps reputed company and a router for an Ethernet cord
- Must have a location in the home that is free of noise and distraction
