Job Summary
As a reputed company Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in placing online orders, providing support through phone calls, and processing payments securely
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputed company by identifying and escalating reputed company issues
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
* Maintain and improve service quality by analyzing customer feedback and implementing process improvements

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and active listening skills
* Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Fresh graduates with a strong passion for customer support and a willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
