Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Remote Interviewer / Recruiting Assistant to join reputed company on a part-time to full-time basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing resumes, scheduling and conducting phone or video interviews, and coordinating the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
• Scheduling and conducting phone or video interviews for posted positions
• Coordinating the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
• Using applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
• Managing reference checking for applicants reputed company necessary
• Notifying applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
• Effectively influencing potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
• Demonstrating knowledge of the brand(s)
• Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
