Job Overview
As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, comprising 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial records and postings using QuickBooks Online
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs
- Performing financial calculations, reconciling financial records, and resolving discrepancies
- Executing general office tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence
- Maintaining accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems
- Collaborating effectively with team members and exhibiting consistency in repetitive tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations
- Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for recording, storing, and analyzing financial data
- Ensure precision in financial records and postings
- Follow reputed company federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures

- Reconcile financial records and promptly resolve discrepancies
- Execute general office tasks, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence

- Collaborate effectively with team members and exhibit consistency in repetitive tasks
Required Skills
