Job Summary

The Senior Learning Data Analyst will play a critical role in investing in the future of blithequark's people by developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for blithequark University, our internal training department. This position requires a self-starter who is data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment to convert business needs into actionable data. The successful candidate will utilize advanced tools and techniques to integrate data from various sources, providing insights for key stakeholders and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise and customer needs analysis to create the right solution to meet the need
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
• Utilize advanced expertise in data cleaning techniques and tools, such as reputed company, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
• Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
• Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
