About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company on a 6-month contract basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our FIFA partnership with the 2026 World Cup by leveraging your relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers and identify the best candidates to fill vacancies. Key Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 15-25 requisitions at any given time, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess needs and reputed company recruiting plans/strategies that support talent initiatives and ensure an exceptional hiring experience
• Post job openings and creatively generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods and resources
• Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each candidate
• Negotiate and support the offer process, ensuring that candidates embody the mission, vision, and values of the company
• Partner with the HR and Diversity and Inclusion Teams to assist in initiatives around sourcing strategies and the creation of an inclusive interview experience

Essential Qualifications

• 4-6 years of recruiting experience reputed company a large matrixed organization, with a proven track record of success in proactive recruitment strategies
• Experience proactively building diverse candidate pipelines in Finance & Accounting, with a strong understanding of the skills and competencies required for these roles
• Comfortable with deadline-driven priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
• Experience with evaluating, creating, and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in reputed company recruitment activities
