  • Cleanroom Operations: Prepare, compound, and verify sterile intravenous, ophthalmic, and hazardous drug preparations in accordance with USP Chapter 797 and institutional SOPs.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize EPIC, automated dispensing systems, and barcode verification tools to ensure accurate medication selection and documentation.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement workflow redesigns, and evaluate new automation technologies to increase efficiency.
