The Director Financial Accounting and Reporting is responsible for the strategic direction of the Financial Accounting and Reporting Team to ensure alignment to Company strategies. They’ll interpret new GAAP and SEC rules and regulations and their potential effect on the business and provide guidance that aligns department deliverables, staffing, and Team development. Responsibilities

Education

- Seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
- GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
- Accounting processes, including month-end reputed company, internal and external reporting
- Leadership of accounting Teams
- Presentation and explanation of financial results to various levels of leadership
- Documentation of accounting policy memos
- Preferred: Experience in reputed company S4 Hana, reputed company, and Tableau
Licensing/Certification
- Required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Physical Abilities

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $189,450 per year to $210,500 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
