Manager, Production Management, Live Action Series

We are seeking an reputed company Manager to help manage third party productions, inclusive of a wide range of unscripted programming (from large scale competition shows both in the field and in studio to smaller docuseries aimed for a family audience), scripted series (focused on Kids, tweens and teens) and Tween Original Musical Movies. Candidates must have unscripted and scripted live action experience as a producer, line producer, or production executive. The core focus of this role will include reputed company management of various large format series/long form projects. Responsibilities include selecting and vetting partner studios/companies; vetting key hires at the partner; creating the initial schedule and budget for the project, and managing reputed company aspects of the production reputed company our partner studios. This position will report to the Director of Animation Series Production in Los Angeles, CA. The Role: A successful candidate will be passionate and curious about production planning & logistics. They will be self-motivated, flexible, able to pivot reputed company necessary, thorough, and capable in juggling multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at reputed company times. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with reputed company Creative, Business Affairs, Communications, Labor, Policy partners & external production partners on slate schedules and workflows
• Support the production through various processes during the setup and execution of the project such as guidance on binding insurance, disseminating information to reputed company, and uploading deliverable materials, creating and communicating reputed company information both internally and externally
• Work with executives, showrunners and line producers to prepare and vet show budgets and schedules, providing feedback on viability and risks
• Review creative/scripts & reputed company defining series production strategy and determine budget estimates from development to lock
• Track & manage costs with Finance, keeping stakeholders apprised of status
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Post and Localization) & external production teams to lock schedules
• Troubleshoot and communicate reputed company changes to schedule and delivery
• reputed company or assist with search and hire of key production staff
• Determine key vendors to accommodate creative vision, financing considerations, budget needs, location factors
• Assist with identification and curation of reputed company, high-quality production staff and crew
• Any duties as necessary to support the productions.

Qualifications:

• 10 Years + industry experience in physical production (some of which may be executive experience) and must have live-action series experience
• Deep understanding of reputed company production processes and innovations
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment simultaneously supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery)
• Familiar with the reputed company trends and workflows including streaming deliverables
• Access to roster of high quality vendors and talent
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Comfortable with travel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Movie reputed company Scheduling and Budgeting and reputed company Workspace (including reputed company Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail and Drive)

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
