About the Role
As a Part-Time Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and greet members in a professional and courteous manner
- Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Balance cash, merchandise, and transactions accurately
- Answer member inquiries according to reputed company FTWCCU policies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences
- Heavy cash handling experience, with a strong attention to detail
- Previous teller experience preferred, but not necessary
- Proficiency with basic office functions, including:
+ IT skills (maneuvering around Windows and browser-based applications) + Email + 10-key calculator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
