Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join reputed company in a hybrid remote arrangement. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing and scheduling of ABA services, generating reports, utilizing scheduling software, tracking cancellations, and arranging field training for new therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Human Resources and the Clinical Team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of therapists with clients
• Generate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment
• Utilize scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
• Track and manage staff and client cancellations and coordinate coverage or reputed company up sessions
• Arrange field training for new therapists
• Program development
• Supporting the Scheduling team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (required)
• Scheduling experience (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Administrative experience (required)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills (required)
