Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Paralegal to join reputed company on a hybrid remote schedule. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our law firm's litigation and transactional practices, providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities
As a Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating litigation and transactional matters, including calendaring, e-filing, and document preparation
- Conducting research and analyzing reputed company legal issues
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness statements, and coordinating expert testimony
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and industry best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of civil, personal injury, business, employment, family law, insurance defense, or products liability litigation
- Experience managing subpoenas and the discovery process
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
