Responsibilities

As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

Qualifications
