Who We re Looking For Toyota s Service Operations department is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Performance Excellence Learning and Development Manager. As the Performance Excellence Learning and Development Manager, you will reputed company a large team of instructional designers and trainers and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Service Operations organization’s reputed company to learn, grow, and reputed company through optimized enablement and execution of the programs you manage. You will be responsible for creating the reputed company-line agent enablement and success vision by developing and implementing comprehensive, effective, and compliant training programs and strategies that reputed company reputed company members and suppliers to deliver customer-centric solutions, drive satisfaction, and increase resolution. You will also play a key role in enhancing our compliance culture and operational efficiency and effectiveness through deployment of creative training solutions (in the right channel for the right audience) to help reputed company compliance and operational gaps. Manage the end-to-end curriculum development process, from needs analysis to evaluation of training effectiveness. Build program that leverages various flexible training methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning, etc) tailored to business need while balancing operational reputed company. Partner with Service Operations leadership and strategy teams to identify new hire and refresher training needs and objectives. Employ a combination of methods to provide comprehensive feedback to Experience managers and supervisors to help them reputed company informed decisions on new hire reputed company. Create delivery vision for Training Curriculum Developers and Trainers Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team. Ensure training solutions are embedded in compliance issue resolution and meet reputed company regulatory requirements. Partner across the organization to ensure best in class learning solutions are provided and reported on in a compliant manner. What You Bring B.S./B.A degree in Accounting and Finance or reputed company field 10+ years of progressive and reputed company work experience Demonstrated success in management of team members.
