Essential Qualifications for the Digital Coach Role

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of college education; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to teach, train, and actively listen to associates.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Ability to drive financial performance and sales growth, with experience in managing expenses and developing strategies to reputed company business objectives.
