Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum qualification requirements:
- 2 years of college
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Additionally, for facilities that sell firearms, you must be willing to complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, you may need a reputed company state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
