Position Overview
The Grant Program Specialist/CTE Grants serves as the operational backbone of our federally and state‑funded CTE grant programs. Reporting to an assigned supervisor, you will orchestrate the full lifecycle of grant administration—from budgeting and compliance to reputed company and student support. Key Responsibilities
As the primary liaison for grant activities, your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Grant Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and reconcile grant budgets, process purchase orders, and ensure reputed company expenditures align with funding guidelines.

- Audit program records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum)
