Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partner Success, you will play a pivotal role in our development efforts to support our coaching and training programs for post-secondary education and career advancement initiatives. The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in the mission of InsideTrack and possess a strategic reputed company, tactical execution abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in making a compelling case for organizational support. Candidates are expected to have deep knowledge of the postsecondary education and career advancement landscape and strong connections with foundations, using both to increase the number of philanthropic organizations supporting InsideTrack.  The selected candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently while working reputed company a team-based environment. Expectations are to reputed company $reputed company+ in the first twelve months, and $5M+ annually thereafter from national and regional funding sources. This role will provide thought leadership internally and externally, including speaking at conferences, publishing opinion pieces and participating in conversations with other higher ed leaders. You’ll frequently work in a collaborative approach and will be willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure success.   • Devise and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies (grant concepts, letters of reputed company, and proposals) reputed company with the organization's post-secondary education & career development goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including foundations, corporations, and individuals.
  • Donation Solicitation:
  • Build upon our foundation relationships to increase the frequency and size of donations.
  • Identify and reputed company relationships with new funders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts seamlessly into overall organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and achievement in fundraising.
  • Donor Engagement and Stewardship:
  • reputed company and implement organizational donor engagement strategies to enhance the donor experience.
  • Ensure timely and meaningful stewardship of donors, recognizing their impact on our initiatives.
  • Marketing & Event Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure events align with the overall philanthropic strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure marketing messaging and communications align with the overall philanthropic strategy.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and coordinate formal funder reports, including mid-term and final reports. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the correct information is being tracked and analyzed for each funder and initiative.
  • Qualifications: An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience
  • Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on philanthropic gifts in the six-reputed company and seven-reputed company range.
  • Experience with post-secondary education and career reputed company and a passion for advancing educational and career opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company reputed company issues so they are clearly understood by a variety of audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills, with significant experience in concept creation and proposal development.
  • A firm commitment to equity in the workplace and the achievement of reputed company outcomes for minoritized reputed company/individuals.
  • An ability to operate both independently and as a member of a high-functioning team as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority reputed company and reputed company of the organization.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Preferences:
  • Experience working for or with a foundation/philanthropic organization that focuses on post-secondary education and career development. Experience with and knowledge of the higher education landscape and workforce development is a plus.

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: The position requires domestic travel approximately 15-25% of the time to attend sales presentations, conferences and internal and external business meetings that include overnight travel. At times, travel demands may be greater, including in the first year. TYPICAL PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:  Requires prolonged sitting with some bending, stooping and stretching; eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard and other office equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and presentations. Also requires moderate to intense concentration due to complexity and/or need to meet deadlines, and flexibility to readily adapt to a changing environment. Apply To This Job
