Description: • reputed company the print production and distribution of Enterprise outbound mail correspondence, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to reputed company production goals, present operational results to management on a monthly basis • reputed company large scale projects, including objective setting, team assignments, and reputed company monitoring to reputed company compliance and operational efficiency • reputed company project timelines, set expectations, and reputed company daily activities to ensure project milestones are met • Serve as the subject matter reputed company with internal customers on correspondence projects, from planning to execution and follow-up • Work independently to manage requests, ensuring readiness and thorough understanding with minimal supervision • Partner with the Print Technology Team (PTS) to maintain, upgrade, and create print databases as required by business needs • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic and operational decisions; provide recommendations to leadership • Build and sustain positive relationships with print and fulfillment vendors; monitor performance and resolve any contractual or invoice discrepancies • Robustly manage and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reputed company production activities through internal software and external vendor platforms • Coordinate savings initiatives such as migrating correspondence to digital platforms, optimizing postage rates, and reducing print content and costs Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant print production, vendor management and/or project management experience • Demonstrated experience in high-volume print production management or similar operational role • Experience in developing and end to end management of print production project plans • Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and process improvement • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to function independently and manage reputed company projects with minimal supervision • Familiarity with print technology, database management, and production tracking software • Commitment to upholding privacy standards and managing sensitive information appropriately • Expertise in cost-saving initiatives and strategic vendor management • Strong financial and business acumen required • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) Benefits: • medical, dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • time off (including paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental and caregiver leave) • short-term and long-term disability • life insurance and many other opportunities
