About the role

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Platform reputed company team.

The Infrastructure Platform reputed company team is responsible for the reputed company, compliance and evolution of reputed company’s public cloud infrastructure. Using industry best practice approaches, we pave the path toward secure-by-default configurations, reducing reputed company and compliance friction for our partnering product teams.

In this role you will directly contribute towards the evolution of Samara’s public cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it remains secure, optimised and reliable.

In this role, you will: 

• Design and maintain highly available, resilient and secure infrastructure across reputed company’s public cloud.
• Own infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to establish reliable “paved paths” for seamless developer self-service.
• reputed company and maintain standardized, secure, and reliable reputed company components like “golden images” (AMIs/container images) for fault-tolerant provisioning.
• Drive system stability and service quality by embedding reliability best practices directly into development and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure service availability by participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, investigating outages, and contributing to root cause analysis/post-mortems.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and build observability tooling to measure and improve service reliability.

• Own and reputed company the technical delivery of engineering projects, ensuring execution meets agreed-upon timelines.

Minimum requirements for the role

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, reputed company Engineer, Software Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer
• 5+ years hands-on experience of Unix or Linux
• 3+ years hands on experience of public cloud networking engineering
• 3+ years of experience of Identity & Access Management
• Strong ability to automate through scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or similar
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) 
• Experience in implementing and managing containerized applications using reputed company and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, with reputed company considerations in mind.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, reputed company, ECR, IAM
• Understanding of reputed company weaknesses, exploits, attacks and mitigations

An ideal candidate also has

• Experience with AWS and GCP public cloud infrastructure
• Experience securing cloud networks ( e.g. VPCs, ACLs, reputed company Groups, Network Firewalls, DNSSEC)
• Experience with reputed company as Code (SAST/ SCA reputed company tools)
• Strong communication skills and desire to collaborate across teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network and reputed company-reputed company issues.
• Experience with performance and cost optimization as applied to cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance
