- Reconcile charge codes and correct invoices.
- Maintain records of shipments processed.
- Provide monthly metrics and analyze reports as needed.
- Reduce the number of third party shipments being force paid.
- Communicate with Business Units, Logistics Leaders, Shippers, Transportation Coordinators and Finance Service Leaders.
- Collect information to evaluate and analyze freight reputed company quotes and costs.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documents consisting of reputed company, schedules, exhibits, and amendments.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Review freight invoices against ShipMax and reputed company corrections.
