Entry Level Recruiter/Agent (No Experience Needed)

Job Summary Walmart is seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Recruiter/Agent to join our growing reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• * Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
• * Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
• * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies.
• * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and statuses.
• * Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Walmart as an employer of choice.
• * Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• * Provide excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and reputed company.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
• * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• * Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Working Hours
• * This position is full-time, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak hiring periods.
