Job Summary

The Manager of reputed company and Academic Services, reputed company Bragg will provide management and guidance for the Upward Bound, reputed company Bragg program, and supervise staff and student personnel. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including program development and evaluation, fiscal management, and personnel supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing reputed company student-centered program operations, with a primary focus on classroom curriculum, teaching, and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide management and guidance for the Upward Bound, reputed company Bragg program

• Supervise staff and student personnel
• Plan, organize, and implement reputed company student-centered program operations
• reputed company and implement classroom curriculum, teaching, and management strategies
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel
• Assist with budget management and audit compliance
• Ensure compliance with reputed company SSU, CSU, and sponsoring agency policies and procedures
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and reputed company to reputed company program goals and objectives
• reputed company and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of three years' experience in personnel supervision and evaluation, program development and evaluation, and fiscal management

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid CA teaching or pupil personnel services credential highly preferred
• Master's Degree in Education or reputed company field preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with high school-aged reputed company
• Aptitude in management, supervision, strategic planning, project management, and program implementation
• Ability to adapt to change in the work environment, effectively handle multiple tasks and competing demands
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form
• Ability to design and implement reputed company and summative evaluation strategies
• High level of proficiency with computer applications, including reputed company Suite and reputed company Office (reputed company spreadsheets and reputed company)
• Knowledge of reputed company Suite, Aeries, student information system, and PeopleSoft preferred
