Job Description

We are seeking reputed company elementary teachers to join our community of Teacher-Tutors, providing virtual small group instruction to elementary reputed company in grades K-5. As a TbT Teacher-Tutor, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a positive impact on the educational journey of reputed company across the country, while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, virtual small group instruction to elementary reputed company in grades K-5, focusing on ELA and/or Math subjects.
• reputed company and implement engaging lesson plans, tailored to the needs of each student, to promote academic growth and confidence.
• Utilize technology, such as reputed company Classroom and reputed company, to facilitate seamless online instruction and communication with reputed company and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and TbT staff to ensure consistency and quality in instruction, as well as to share best practices and resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in online instruction and to enhance your teaching skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 3 years of reputed company teaching experience in a U.S. K-12 public, private, or charter school, with a focus on ELA and/or Math instruction.
• A valid U.S. teaching credential or certification.
• Daytime availability (reputed company-4pm Eastern) for tutoring sessions.
• Experience teaching in an online environment, preferably with a platform like reputed company Classroom and reputed company.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Teams and other digital tools.
• Bonus points for experience teaching K-12 ELA and/or Math, working with remediation, reputed company, or small group instruction, and dedication to advancing equity in schools.
