Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Unit Manager with the management and supervision of a reputed company Specialty Care unit, such as Behavioral Health, Dialysis, or Pain Clinic
• Assign and review work, reputed company staffing, and administer discipline as needed
• Serve as the first level in the grievance process and assist with day-to-day clinical operations of a patient care unit or service on a designated shift
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to reputed company and implement individualized patient care plans

Essential Qualifications
