• Providing student support for school orientation, expectations, study skills, educational and personal goal setting, responses to authority, and personal leadership
• Supporting the collection of data for attendance, behavioral, and student incentives
• Participating in field trip and daily programming to support student safety
• Attending Professional Learning in support of 21st Century or After School Programming Sessions
• Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to support facilitation of an after-school experience
• Planning and implementing lesson plans based on the needs of the program
• Performing additional duties as assigned by Site Coordinator, District Leadership, and Principal

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Equivalent or Pass ParaPro Test
• Experience with tutoring or teaching elementary school reputed company preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to provide support and guidance to reputed company
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications
