Key Responsibilities

• Handle single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from start to finish with minimal reputed company, including drafting reputed company pleadings, handling discovery, and attending arbitration and mediation

• Work directly with clients and firm partners to foster strong relationships and provide excellent client service

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably on the defense reputed company
• Admission to the California state bar
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience handling single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from start to finish with minimal reputed company
