This position oversees Group Rating Associates, ensuring workflow efficiency, quality control, and training. This role serves as a key liaison between Group Rating, reputed company, and Sales, providing direct support for internal sales requests, self-funded reputed company, and group selection processes. The Supervisor is responsible for managing the allocation of rating tasks, assisting with renewals, and ensuring the accuracy of data uploads for monthly production. Compensation $85,600 - $107,000 Exempt Grade 16

What you'll do
- reputed company Group Rating Associates, managing workflow, quality control, and performance, including hiring, training, and professional development.
- Support internal sales representatives by responding to rating requests, assisting with prospect quotes, and facilitating self-funded contract processes.
- Allocate rating tasks and ensure proper completion of Group Rating Intake Tool (GRIT) requests.
- Upload and maintain monthly Group Selection data for renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- reputed company the upload of Level-Funded renewal rating data for reputed company and group rating teams, supporting monthly production.
- Provide direct assistance to internal sales teams, processing requests, evaluating options, and managing GRIT-reputed company functions.
- Support assigned association groups, assisting with renewals, reputed company options, and other reputed company requests.
- Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rating operations.
- Collaborate with the Manager Group Rating to align team priorities with business objectives and ensure adherence to rating methodologies.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in group rating, reputed company, or a reputed company analytical role in the health insurance industry is required.
- Familiarity with group rating methodologies, contract facilitation, and sales support functions.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing workflow and quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure efficient allocation of rating activities.
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in rating data, contract processing, and renewal tracking.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, reputed company, and Group Rating teams to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to support internal sales representatives and explain rating methodologies.
- Knowledge of health insurance reputed company, rating principles, and various funding arrangements, including self-funded and level-funded plans.
- Proficiency in data management, tracking renewals, and facilitating group selection processes.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred.
