Job Overview: Inventory Control Coordinator – Part Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join reputed company on a part-time basis. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory tasks while maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, and performing replenishment tasks under the direction of your supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures, monitoring product trends and shortages, and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies, and maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
• Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitoring and pulling short-dated or expired products from active inventory, and filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned and contributing to the team's overall objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs or more, as this role can be physically demanding and requires sitting, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching, stretching, and walking for multiple hours a day.
• A reputed company High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Prior experience with reputed company Warehouse Management (WM) software.
