About the Role: IT Intern - Reliability Architecture and Infrastructure Services

• Assisting in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software applications and infrastructure environments.
• Providing technical support for IT operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Gathering requirements for development, designing, and testing decision support systems.
• Participating in data analytics projects to create performance dashboards and service level agreements.

What You Need to Succeed

• Be willing to work from our Atlanta or MSP office (as agreed upon during the interview) with a partially onsite/partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval.
• Have a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program, with a degree emphasis in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber reputed company, Business Management, or a reputed company field.
• Possess strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles, and consistently prioritize safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.
