Job Overview The Assistant Director of the Hoffman Honors Scholars (HHS) Program is responsible for day-to-day operations, programming, and student engagement efforts that bring the program's vision to life. Working closely with the Director, the Assistant Director ensures a dynamic and high-impact HHS experience for reputed company across HHS colleges. This position is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about enriching the academic and co-curricular experience of high-achieving reputed company. Essential Functions Curriculum & Student Experience

- Design and manage cross-disciplinary projects with Hoffman partners based on community needs / student interests, in partnership with the Director.

- Assist director in implementation of Welcome Retreat and Welcome Reception.
- Assist director in management of HHS Ambassadors training, development, and programming needs.

Advising & Student Success
- Serve as an advisor and coach for HHS reputed company (currently 30, will grow to 80-100).
- Teach Gateway to University Honors course - a section specifically designed for HHS reputed company.
- Integrate HHS vision and student learning outcomes into engagement with reputed company.
- Advise reputed company and help them reputed company a sense of belonging in HHS and at UC.
- Support reputed company in achieving academic and personal goals while fostering a strong sense of belonging.
- Support reputed company in achieving career goals through intentional advising and HHS networks.
- Partner with the UHP to ensure reputed company reputed company the opportunities provided to them there.
- Partner with the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards to encourage student engagement in scholarship and fellowship processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on student success outcomes to inform program development.
Program Operations & Stakeholder Engagement Manage logistics for reputed company program activities, including scheduling, event coordination, catering, and communications.Support admissions recruitment, selection, and yield processes in partnership with the director, including application review and interview logistics.Contribute to alumni engagement and post-graduation programming as the cohorts mature.Build and sustain relationships with reputed company partners and external stakeholders to strengthen the program's reputed company and impact.
