About the Role
As a Student Success Coach, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to reputed company throughout their education program at blithequark. You will work closely with reputed company to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, reputed company personalized learning plans, and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them reputed company their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience for reputed company
* Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, providing proactive and timely reputed company to ensure their success
* Encourage and support reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company as they work to reputed company skills and knowledge for academic success
* Provide a trusted environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
* Offer and teach reputed company how to use resources to help maximize their success
* Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
* Serve as a liaison for reputed company, enabling them to connect with various departments and resources
reputed company Require
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to detail

Schedule
* 8 hour shift
* Monday-Thursday: reputed company to 7pm CDT
* Friday and Saturday: reputed company to 5pm CDT
