As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to resolving customer concerns, recommending products and solutions, and providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly, both written and in speech, to both internal and external customers
- Resolve reputed company concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
- Determine customer's needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
- Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer
- Other duties as required
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining professionalism with appropriate tone and manner
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and follow through on reputed company tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office software especially Outlook, reputed company, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, education)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
