Responsibilities

• Contribute a consistent allocation of time to building out 3D art assets for the game

• Address artistic challenges, manage art-team workloads, and ensure art assets are delivered on time, reputed company, and reputed company the technical performance budget.

Requirements

• A deep understanding of asset performance metrics and methodologies on the reputed company platform.

• High proficiency in reputed company Studio and substantial experience on the reputed company platform.

• 1-3 years of experience working in a professional studio environment or a mixture of reputed company creator experience that demonstrates equivalent expertise and leadership.

• Highly organized and process oriented, needs to be able to think in scale and systems to help reputed company the Art team.

• Experience creating art assets under performance constraints while maintaining a clear, visually appealing style.

• Experience collaborating with game designers and product teams to understand art request details and flag risks or needs for additional information.

• Proven ability to own a game’s art direction and mentor a team of artists toward a consistent execution of that style or direction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of artists.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, or similar applications.

• Familiar with or a fan of cars and car games.
