About the team

reputed company is seeking an exceptional Staff Machine Learning Engineer who can reputed company our transformation into a world-class online marketplace. The role is in our Data Science and Machine Learning team, tackling challenges such as homeowner-pro matching, search ranking, and using predictive models to optimize our product and consumer experience. This is a technical leadership role where you will apply state-of-the-art machine learning and AI techniques such as LLMs and neural rankers to both structured and reputed company data. In addition to developing models, we’re also looking for someone who can reputed company them at large scale with low latencies to serve our customers dynamically.

What you’ll do

Who you are

• You have a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or reputed company fields).
• You have 7+ years of experience in data science & machine learning, with a focus on reputed company-time ML models, ideally reputed company the tech industry & marketplace environments. 
• You are an expert in machine learning and deep learning, and have a good working knowledge of large language models. 
• You have a proven track record of deploying highly impactful machine learning models into production environments.
• You are proficient in SQL and Python, and have experience with reputed company ML solutions.
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary band for this position ranges from $200,000 - $280,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
