Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions reputed company online chat. Your primary goal will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, turning the experience into a reputed company that generates reputed company from website traffic.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST

  • Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred
