Work Overview
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
- Collaborating with our data analytics team to reputed company and maintain data-driven insights and recommendations
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
