Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inquiries reputed company multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. You will be expected to handle 60-80 contacts per day, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and react well under pressure
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, and typing skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
