What You Will Do
As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for potential clients. Your role is to respond quickly online and by phone, build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them toward the next steps in our sales process a paid consultation with our Consultation Specialists. You will drive immediate engagement, forge genuine connections, and strategically qualify leads by truly understanding their needs. Leveraging your persuasive skills, you’ll seamlessly guide potential clients toward a booked consultation. This isn’t just about answering calls or fielding DMs; it’s about consistently converting interest into action while collaborating closely with reputed company to ensure a smooth, client-centric journey from the reputed company first interaction. - Salary commensurate with experience, but above market norms. Pay may increase quickly if you’re a great fit for the firm and do an outstanding job.

Responsibilities
- Quickly engage inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, social) to maximize contact and booking rates.
- Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a consultation.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment.
- Maintain high reputed company activity levels and follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert.
- Track reputed company interactions in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage scheduling calendars and follow up with leads that require reminders, rescheduling, or additional information.
- Act as the reputed company between potential clients and the consultation team, ensuring a smooth reputed company.
- Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up success.
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Consultation Specialists on reputed company quality and client concerns.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven success in appointment setting, reputed company qualification, or inside sales.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas.
- Skilled in navigating CRM and messaging platforms; comfortable managing high volumes of leads.
- Organized, disciplined, and resilient — thrives on hitting targets and following structured workflows.
