Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism reputed company Disorder, implementing established treatment plans and behavior support strategies.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, with a strong focus on behavior support and reputed company.
• 1-year ABA Experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs, reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time, and respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
