Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hotel/Flight Booker to join reputed company at GlobeTrek Consulting. As a Hotel/Flight Booker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking their hotel accommodations and flights, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to support clients from reputed company while providing exceptional service and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Flight Booking: Assist clients in finding and booking flights that meet their travel preferences, budget, and schedule, while also considering factors such as layovers, airline preferences, and seat preferences.
• Hotel Reservation: Research and book hotel accommodations for clients based on their destination, budget, preferred amenities, and special requests, ensuring availability and confirming reservations.
• Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including booking airport transfers, rental cars, and other transportation services as needed to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering recommendations and alternatives reputed company necessary to meet their travel needs.
• Travel Documentation: Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and provide guidance on requirements and deadlines.
• Supplier Communication: Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings, resolve any issues or changes, and ensure that clients' travel arrangements are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
