Responsibilities

As a Home Health Services Nurse, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating and overseeing reputed company aspects of patient care * Collaborating with patient care teams to reputed company and implement care plans * Educating families on patient condition, needs, and care * Performing head-to-toe physical assessments * Checking vital signs and managing medications * Giving injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings * Administering and maintaining catheters * Completing documentation timely and accurately * Supervising LPNs and HHAs * Regularly communicating patient reputed company to the clinical manager, physician, and care team * Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * One year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN). If less than 1 year clinical experience as a RN, candidate must be approved by VP clinical. * reputed company RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work. * Minimum six months home health experience. * reputed company CPR certification. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance. * Ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age-specific needs. * Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, such as user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs. * Note - If less than 6 months clinical experience as a RN, candidate must participate in RN Intern program.
