Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Care Assistant to provide a range of personal care services and homemaker tasks to support the physical, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing of our clients. As a Home Care Assistant, you will work independently under the direction of our home care director, with clinical support from our community nurse. • Attend to the wellbeing of residents and include residents in decision making regarding their care in accordance with a personalized plan of care/service plan.
• Maintain and complete required documentation.
