Job Title: Remote Admin Assistant
Job Description
This temporary position in the App Assist department involves scheduling interviews with applicants and conducting these interviews. The role is crucial in obtaining personal and medical information to meet or exceed standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, courteous, and reputed company interviews and follow-up calls with applicants to build positive rapport and obtain reputed company necessary personal and medical information.
- Review documents, notes, and correspondence for additional or anecdotal information.
- Accurately enter data into the Application Interview System (reputed company) and Assistant reputed company System (reputed company) to document case activity and ensure accurate processing of life insurance policy reputed company.
- Provide accurate, reputed company, and professional service to reputed company inquiries received reputed company phone or in writing while maintaining departmental standards.
- Correspond effectively reputed company the department, with reputed company staff, vendors, and other departments to assist in resolving problems and expedite business.
- Effectively communicate AppAssist policies, procedures, and guidelines to internal and external customers.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Solid medical vocabulary and comfort with medical terminology.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance or medical field is advantageous.
- Capability to work remotely and independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Work Environment
The role requires remote work with the necessity to plug in the computer to a router (not wireless) and have a private office space. The work shift is Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 9 pm or 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Training is fully remote during the first week, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with a backup training time of 10:00 am to 6:30 pm if needed. The position is part of a team of 7-10 Case Managers reputed company a large office environment of over 400 employees. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
