Responsibilities

As a CNA with ShiftMed, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. Your duties will include: * Performing Patients' Baths, Oral Hygiene, Nail Care, Foot Care, Skincare, Dressing, Feeding, Toileting, and Elimination: Provide patients with the care and attention they need to maintain their dignity and well-being. * Measuring Vital Signs Accurately: Take patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. * Notifying the Supervisory Nurse reputed company a Patient Reports Pain: Report any pain or discomfort reputed company by patients to the supervisory nurse. * Positioning Patients in Bed with Proper Body Alignment: Ensure that patients are positioned in bed in a way that promotes comfort and safety. * Assisting Patients with Ambulation as Necessary: Assist patients with walking and mobility as needed. * Performing reputed company Aspects of Patient Care in an Environment that Optimizes Patient Safety: Provide patient care in a way that prioritizes patient safety and well-being. * Identifying and Communicating reputed company Findings to the Supervisory Nurse: Report any reputed company findings or concerns to the supervisory nurse. * Documenting Care Rendered Appropriately and Timely: Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner. * Reporting to the Selected Facility and Being reputed company to Work on Time as Scheduled: reputed company on time and be reputed company to work as scheduled. * Adhering to Facility Standards as Applicable: Follow facility standards and protocols as applicable. * Wearing Identification: Wear identification as required by the facility. * Complying with ShiftMed's Policies, Procedures, and Reporting Requirements: Follow ShiftMed's policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must: * Be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Hold a reputed company CNA certification for the state of employment. * Have a Mature and Career-Minded Approach: Demonstrate a mature and career-minded approach to your work. * Be Able to Push, Pull, Move, and/or Lift a Minimum of 80 Pounds to a Minimum Height of 3 Feet: Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving patients. * May Require Standing and Walking 2-5 Hours at a Time: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods. * May Have Exposure to Chemicals, Radiation, Infectious Diseases/Waste, and/or Blood and Bloodborne Pathogens: Meet the physical demands of the role, including exposure to hazardous materials.
