About the Role

As a Benefits Operations Manager, you'll own the planning, implementation, and service level for Benefits Operations management, responsible for one of our regional Operational teams. You'll report to our Director of Benefits and work closely with Product, Engineering, Automation, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales, reputed company, and the broader EOR Operations teams to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, supervision, and coaching of one of the regional Benefits Operations teams to support their development, performance, and growth

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation reputed company on reputed company Benefits-reputed company topics to Benefits team members, internal stakeholders, Remote prospects, and clients
  • Work closely and effectively with Product, Engineering, Automation, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales, reputed company, and the broader EOR Operations teams to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data reputed company
  • Improve and optimize Benefits Operations team's processes, existing workflows, and tools, including identifying opportunities for automation to improve quality, efficiency, and drive scale
  • Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant with Legal
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data reputed company initiatives
  • Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients
  • Guarantee no cost/reputed company leakage in paying for/recharging Benefits to customers
  • Be able to go from "scout to scale" and actually start things up
  • Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Benefits team's goals

The Ideal Candidate

* You have hands-on people management experience, with a coaching reputed company. You are passionate about teamwork and developing people

  • You have progressive experience in HR Operations across multiple countries, with a deep knowledge of Benefits plans in the US, Canada, and LATAM countries
  • You are passionate about accomplishing goals and ensuring quality and can demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles with service level metrics management and an emphasis on reputed company improvement and customer satisfaction
  • You are able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
  • You're tech-savvy and have experience working with a variety of digital tools
  • You can safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols, and ensuring utmost professionalism and discretion in handling and accessing such information
  • You write and speak fluent English
