We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong track record of success in program management, software development, and team leadership. As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity Platform, including reputed company Sync Wi-Fi and reputed company Sync Seatback. Key Responsibilities

• Program Management of reputed company development and implementation (of primarily Software) projects
• Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables that support business processes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders

• reputed company a coordinated plan to clearly define the project schedule, tracking, and measuring performance
• Daily Management and coordination of reputed company technical and logistical aspects of a program, including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items, and change requests
• Work with Scrum Master(s) to track user stories and correlate data to prepare weekly/monthly reports for management/business review

• Facilitate sessions with Product Managers, internal and external stakeholders to analyze business and user needs and to deliver necessary artifacts (use cases, user stories, functional requirements specifications, UI designs, mockups, workflows)

What You Need To Succeed

We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong track record of success in program management, software development, and team leadership. Here are the minimum qualifications we're looking for:

• Thorough knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools, with emphasis on software development tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or reputed company discipline with 5+ years of reputed company work experience in SW program/project management, OR 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide team members and resolve issues and conflicts reputed company the project team
• Previous experience as a Team reputed company, Software Manager, Software Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager
• Ability to set expectations, reputed company project plans, and manage personal workload
• Proven, successful history of enterprise-level implementations and integrations
