Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and preserving internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola. You will work closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met, and that our products are displayed and stocked to the highest standards. As a Merchandiser, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first-in-first-out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
• Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale reputed company assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• MUST have a valid Arizona driver's license; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• MUST have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores reputed company your routes
• MUST have vehicle insurance. If hired, must maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
