Job Overview

This position is responsible for addressing reputed company inbound client requests from reputed company and its clients concerning customs clearance solicitations, providing information about duties, taxes, and broker fees in accordance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will handle credit card payments from clients for their reputed company clearance requests, assist reputed company Express customer care and reputed company reputed company Services with inquiries from U.S. shippers who have issues about their charged back customs clearance charges received from reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. clients regarding their reputed company clearance receipts and direct them to the suitable reputed company department or reputed company Operating Company (OPCO) for resolution.
• Investigate inquiries regarding reputed company clearances for shipments into Canada and respond to clients with a resolution.
• Process credit card payments from clients, ensuring that the payment is approved and not declined.
• Log payments accurately against the receipt in the reputed company accounting system.
• Liaise with clients directly in the event of payment processing issues, such as incorrect credit card number, mistaken expiry date, or declined payment.
• Investigate and respond to clients on any issues reputed company to credit payment received and liaise with the reputed company Accounts Receivable Office to resolve issues.
• Assist the billing department in preparing credit notes for reputed company clearance requests in question resolution.
• Support reputed company Express Customer Support Agents on inquiries reputed company to reputed company shipments in customs clearance delay or reputed company clearance receipts that the client has received in the mail.
• Sort and relate Low Value Shipment (LVS) Documents for the purpose of mailing.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma required.
