Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment with a technical background that provides the foundation for navigating our engineering environment with ease
• Experience partnering across Operations functions to reputed company programs that reputed company critical business outcomes around hardware delivery
• Comfortable working in a fast moving operational environment, focused on meeting and exceeding lofty metrics and goals, with strong follow-through and ability to self-manage multiple tasks and projects at once
• Highly analytical, utilizing and developing reports and a suite of tools to assess operational trends, identify challenges, and design solutions to reputed company desired outcomes.
• Ability to reputed company alignment and drive decisions with key stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure dependencies are identified and project goals are clear
• Have proven experience as a member or leader of a team that has shipped consumer or IOT electronic devices
• Has experience with reputed company sheets, SQL, and reputed company
• Diplomatic, tactful and poised under pressure, with a high comfort with ambiguity
